You really shouldn't look old at that age. Excess weight gain ages people. I love being thin. A lot of guys I know are rapidly deteriorating like fungus cultures, and I'm not really inclined to tell them how they can reverse that. Mean spirits are the least likely to benefit from health/lifestyle advice.The pretty women I've seen, look better in their 30s and 40s than they did in their 20s. Especially if they look after themselves. When they watch movies, the women they drool over, are old enough to be their mothers. For example, compare older hooyos to older fathers, which gender holds up better physically? Which gender wears sunscreen, moisturises, and eats cleaner?
Everything they say, about women, and women over 30 in general, is a projection of their own fears.
I challenge anyone to go on those dating apps, and compare women and men over a certain age, you'll see what I mean.
