They actually do a quite good jobs for the IDPs in Puntland because projects are injected on a priority basis, you know on a needs basis and they are the most needy unlike that tribal jungle of Somaliland where's it all clan based. We are targeting our development pretty well if you ask me.

There's heaps of projects geared towards IDPS in Puntland from toilets construction, more homes, and electricity and water, I see it all the time on Puntlandpost. It's a good policy, lift up the worst areas first and then work your way up to bring everyone up to scratch and have no bad areas.
