Never bothered looking into the details because in my mind I thought drilling would start in 2030
We should have got America or a European nations health I don't think turkey has the capacity to do it and also they will probably put us in a crappy deal and steal all our oil money.

i believe turkey already does oil extraction.
Every nation has their own personal agenda. Imo turkey probably is our best partner helping us with this. I think UK or France would most likely exploit the shit out of us

Not actually all the revenue is going to infrastructure, education, military, industries, electricity etc the oil is nationalised which means it's not owned by private company or individual it's owned by entire Somaliweyn and it will be only used to develop SomaliaThe Africa model (à la Nigeria, Angola, and Gabon)
