Exactly, this old man probably married one of his cousins and these children will go on to marry their cousins and on and on it goes until you're too inbreed to function

He just says that Allah provides for everyone and that everyone needs strong faith.

Uk is ranked 138 on the list average women has 1.8 children.
USA is ranked 2 places above at 136, average women has 1.9 children
South Korea came bottom of the list at 200, with the average women having 1.2 children
