Correct me if I’m wrong but if a man does that to his wife, won’t his wife just forgive him the next day? Some people say it’s not a big deal as long as it isn’t an Abusive relationship.

Yes true a lot of girls will forgive him but it’s still rape. But only because of the stigma in society

Of course there has to be consent. Thats the most intimate thing why would he or she insist if the other isn't complying? How is this even a question? The definition of rape is the forceful act of sexual intercourse, woman are capable of having periods, getting sick, or having moments of psychological sorrow that effects their sexual drive, does that mean I should ignore all that because she's my wife? Just like beating your son with a hammer is considered child abuse a person shouldn't lose their individual rights just because of a relationship with another.
