Yes, there are Dhulbahante in Garowe, borders aren't perfectly demarcated, there is a lot of fluidity and movement. You'll see MJ sub-clans in Sool border areas. There is even an entire MJ sub-clan who are Reer Sanaag. But MJs are a large clan and don't discuss every deegaan we inhabit even though we live in many regions, even in Bakool, NFD, DDSi etc, etc.
