Farmaajo also has his wet dreams which is to also have elections in Garbahaarey and not in Beledweyne.. 25 seats is more then Garbahaarey and he will have no influence over there. He would rather have them all in Jowhar so he can steal it.

You can’t compare SL with the South. Easy for few related clans to get their shit together. Lower shabelle with a huge population alone has many unrelated clans forget the whole south.
