I think if they had something on Tate they would have put him behind bars. They wanted him so badly and they had investigated heavily on it. I see no reason for them to deliberately damage their reputation by freeing him if they had shit on him. You saw the massive pile of evidence right. It's one judge having to go through it all while working on other cases on the side and this is not counting other new charges against them for grape, money laundering with mafia which extends things. That's why it's taking so long, its not because they don't have anything on him , its because of that process

Andrew Tate came under their radar when two of their victims was plotting an escape and one of the told the other ones parents after being scared which foiled the plot and the parents called the US embassy in Romania which tipped off the Romanian police who raided their home , while they raided their house they bugged them confiscated laptops etc and rescued the girls locked in a room.
