Imagine everyone on sspot is stuck on a large boat in the middle of the sea. The boat is sinking, and you must reduce the payload to slow the rate of sinking. You have 5 life jackets but must throw 10 sspot users overboard. Which users would you throw overboard with a life jacket and which would you throw overboard without a life jacket? There are sharks and the ones without lifejackets will last a little longer than those without. This is a difficult decision on your part and you hope to rescue these guys later if they make it.
A while later, help is almost here but sharks start circling your boat. Unless you throw people overboard to appease them, they will rip the boat up and eat everyone. You must make a difficult decision and throw 5 users overboard for the good of the team. This helps you buy time until rescue gets to you. You are sacrificing these guys and you're doing it for the good of the team. You'd rather not do this.
