Apparently, he deliberately let Cuban prisoners into the USA when the Americans implemented a relaxed immigration policy towards Cuban migrants.

He said he "cleaned the toilet" laakin many of the prisoners that went were political prisoners who were actually educated, causing a brain drain for Cuba and a serendipitous brain gain for the US.

they are the future.

I live in Texas, this used to be their land, so it's not surprising they're the majority, or will soon be.
They have big families, that's smart of them. California was theirs too, and lot of the land was theirs, well, Mexican's, not all Latinos.
