If it was safe for me to go there and I had reliable way to fly out of there when I needed to and the Taliban offered me free home, Afghani beautiful wife and free food and at least $70k a year i'd offer them to do IT work and ethical hacking. The Economy minister is Tajik as is the Army Chief of Staff
It makes sense that their government would be mostly Pashtun though since this is the continuity government in exile of the original Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan returning to power, and that this isn't the permanent government, and they claim the next government will be more inclusive.
