@Barni what would make a man a dayooth is being ok with anything that would be haram to do when in the mix or presence of non mahram men. So for example a woman has to islamically observe hijab around men so now when she has a husband she no longer has to observe that around him but what she did prior to marrying him when it comes to observing all these rules around non mahram men wasn't his responsibility but now that he has married you it has now become his responsibility.
So her unnecessarily mixing and exposing herself and her beauty to non mahram men and him being totally ok with it would make him a dayooth. However if he isn't ok with it and he advices her against it and she doesn't listen then the sin of being a dayooth is no longer on him.

Yes a man can be made a dayooth by his mother/daughter/sister basically all his female mahrams if he doesn't advice them and is ok with the state there in around non mahram men but once there married they become the responsibility in that regard of the husbands

This is only based on sins that are incurred based on the presence of non mahram men for example drinking alcohol doesn't fall under this or listen to music but things like exposing your awrah, touching and cohabiting and unnecessarily free mixing with non mahram men would.

many women also go around saying the exact same thing. (In fact a few on here have on many occasions) and your right if you don't think a man or a woman can not add anything of worth to your life then just don't marry.
but in all honesty and jokes aside marriage very much is transactional and always has been. Some of the mathabihs consider marriage a transaction and its taught in kitab al buyuh while others see it as a form of worship.
Plus one of the main reasons marriages fall apart is because of financial reasons. the fact both husband and wife have rights and responsibility over each other makes it transactional.

Guys, if you have a STEM degree, earn 50k or more while you’re in your twenties/early 30s with no police record know that you’re a high value man. You’re amongst the top 15% of men. Do not sell yourselves short. Don’t sell yourself at a discount. A girl has to brin two things to the table: admirations and loyalty. The rest, such as looks and physical attributes are details and they’ll fade away anyways. Go for someone who knows your worth and doesn’t compete for the leadership role. You’ll enjoy her company.

Indeed, women are each others worst enemies. Compare their advises to the advises the guys gave each other. ‘What do you bring to the table’ is very confrontational but necessary conversation to have with yourself and with each other. This is the ultimate ownership, but toxic girls framed it as something negative. If you want to grow as a human being you need to be very introspective.
