The Mooryaan Khayre Assistant and Security tried to put the Speaker Abdihakim Dhoobo Daareed who arrived from Turkey into a car and drive him to see the PM.

The Deputy Speaker who welcomed the Speaker at the Airport in Garoowe insisted that the whole of Puntland Parliament Speaker's including the deputies go to the meeting along the Speaker.

They shoved him and yelled to be thrown (mooryaan mentality).

Puntland displaying maturity and restraint due to being the host cooled things down and rebuffed/declined the car and men send by Khayre.

The Speaker and his Deputies left together while leaving Khayre's Mooryaan behind at the airport.

This is criminal Khayre wants to pin Puntland against each other by deploying the Speaker Dhooba Daareed against the executive.

Khayre and Farmaajo want State Parliaments to be part of the process of choosing model of election.

They want Speakers to attend consultative meetings like the one in Garoowe.

But they don't know that the executive is distinct from the legislative.

The executive branch reach compromise after that Federal Parliament either rejects or approves it.

But the sheer disrespect and how they tried to patronise the Deputy Speakers of Puntland speaks about their ignorance and arrogance.
