Due to the very weak defamation laws in the UK, the BBC did not outright claim he faked his test results.

But they found out that his positive test result has a higher serial number than his negative one despite the former test coming first. After analysing data from both labs, any conceivable excuse does not hold water.

Long story short, Novak faked a positive result or used one that isn’t from the date outlined to qualify for his vaccine exemption.

Meaning he shouldn’t have been in Australia anyways.
