I've been sayin this for years. JL need to cut a deal with Sade which is realistic for both sides. Assigning the capital of JL to Garbaharey is an acceptable solution. This mentality of zero sum or 'cagta la mariya' cidda laga adkaado isn't a 'long term solution' as they will come back tommorow to fight you. We must think about JL future and how to ensure it's united and survives.

In return JL must demand sade adopt Federalism as their clan policy position and 'purge' out the centralist from their politicians becuz their 'city' will benefit from federalism which will serve as a check-mate on their centralist(exposing they dont care 4 garbaharey).

I even say once the SFG constitution is settled and we are satisfied that the SFG is a 'ceremonial' government, PL/JL/Future Khatumo should begin 'allocating' their SFG portion to Darod clans who don't have their own state or 'capital'.

This can settle all Darod political problems which 'enemies' take advantage of unless of course their not prepared 4 a solution(meel kale ba laga haysta) then they should be exposed to their 'respective isim'.

Garbahrey is stupid place for a village let alone a capital of a federal state. It has salty groundwater. The only reason why it exists is because MSB wanted a planned city as Gedo’s capital. MSB was such a big brained genius he put the capital of a riverine region 30 km from the river.

Even Buaale is a bad choice for a capital from an economic standpoint. It was chosen as a clan compromise.

Natural capital is Kismaayo, Ogaden don’t want all Marehan to urbanize there since it is their main city. Second best choice would be Beled Xaawo, a very strategically located city.

Kismayo is already their Business capital if u add the govt on top of it, it's risky on many levels. That's why Usa/Australia/Canada all have 'secondary smaller capitals'.

U don't even control villa somalia neighborhood, let alone banadir. Kismayo is completely controlled. Middle Juba isn't even really a 'state' it's tiny as a hell. If Sade n Absame cut a deal, they will easily swarm in from gedo n lower jubba and sandwiched this area within seconds. Why do u care, when u need to 'fly' from villa somalia to balidogle?

If that option was there to begin with we wouldn’t even be in this situation today. I get you though dhulbahante unity is only fixated on the idea of having their own state along with the warsengeli. I feel like anything less will open loopholes for their rats to scrawl out. If it doesn’t work out LA as the capital will definitely bring the biggest daarood unity.
