It's international law. I don't think kenya will ever break it there is more to risk then to support madoobe.

What happens if the airplane does not meet the safety regulations? Plus every airline when travelling has to have a completed and signed sheet with all passengers. All this should be inforced by the government.

Another point, none of these Somali airlines own the planes, they lease them.

The leasing company would require papers before leasing the plane.

Even if madoobe overcame all of this, that airline will go bankrupt within a month. Mogadishu is way more important then kenya when it comes to passenger numbers
