She probably thought you need to reach a level of financial independence where boycotts will neither impact your money or your legacy to fully speak your mind. People use that term to indicate that separating trans women from feminism is inherently transphobic but that isn't right. When you then attack someone for having that opinion, I can see why Rowling feels so aggrieved
