It ain't over this guy has spoken kiswahili on many occasions before we joined the EAC
They think Bantus will mass migrate to Somalia and outnumber usHow exactly are the Bantus a threat to Somalis? The EAC is an economic bloc that will be of benefit to its members once everything has been straightened out.
It's just somali low IQness dont mind themHow exactly are the Bantus a threat to Somalis? The EAC is an economic bloc that will be of benefit to its members once everything has been straightened out.
The problem is these low IQ Somalis will push racist shit like this that will get us more enemies. It's just somali low IQness dont mind them
My only issue is the idea that swahili will be the official language as it is already considered the lingua franca of the EAC countries. The problem is these low IQ Somalis will push racist shit like this that will get us more enemies.
Ironic thing is most of these anti Swahili folks claim to be religious, but donβt realize Swahili people are predominantly Muslimβ¦
I understand but people can express this opinion without sounding anti-Bantu is all I am saying. We donβt need more enemies. My only issue is the idea that swahili will be the official language as it is already considered the lingua franca of the EAC countries.
The only using swahili to communicate with each other they dont want to use a white peoples language anymore. The reason they chose swahili is that most of the countries in eac speak swahiliMy only issue is the idea that swahili will be the official language as it is already considered the lingua franca of the EAC countries.
We covered this topic on the other thread if you want to get informed regarding the disadvantages that grossly overshadow the rest. How exactly are the Bantus a threat to Somalis? The EAC is an economic bloc that will be of benefit to its members once everything has been straightened out.
Listen here, you buffoon, Swahili speakers dwarf Swahili people. The people and the language speakers are not necessarily the same - the coastal Swahilis are a demographic fraction, meaning the majority are not Muslim. The problem is these low IQ Somalis will push racist shit like this that will get us more enemies.

So? Why tf should we speak swahili? The only using swahili to communicate with each other they dont want to use a white peoples language anymore. The reason they chose swahili is that most of the countries in eac speak swahili
What? So? Why tf should we speak swahili?
You would riot in the streets of Oromo or amharic was used but swahili is fine?
It's only Western Somalis that are like this, no one in Somalia says shit like this.I understand but people can express this opinion without sounding anti-Bantu is all I am saying. We donβt need more enemies.
Swahili is useless outside of these EAC countries. Why should we join and make our language subservient to this bantu Arab halfie tounge when these same state use English for international use. Even the Congo and south Sudan doesn't use it.What?if most countries in the EAC speak oromo I wouldn't mind, is your brain that little. Your acting like they are teaching swahili in every school from now on

You don't think placing Swahili as an official language is a dominant integration play by the Bantu countries. Swahili is a prime Bantu language. Would it not be Somali-centric to position Somali as an official language in DRC?
If it is simply an economic bloc, why is Swahili a requirement when English is usually the global got-to language of today? If China did the same, everyone would lose their minds about colonization.
East side of Congo speak swahiliSwahili is useless outside of these EAC countries. Why should we join and make our language subservient to this bantu Arab halfie tounge when these same state use English for international use. Even the Congo and south Sudan doesn't use it.
It's a play by Bantustan states. It was originally a union of swahili speaking banru great lakes nation. So having swahili be the universal language made sense. But they adopted other nations like south Sudan and are still insistent on swahili. Somalis are better off in a trade union with ethiopia Eritrea and Djibouti with further relations with the Arab league nations that have an actual economy. Further trade deals with India not too far from our shores. Than have this humiliation of a "EAC"The architects and proponents behind the EAC unfortunately seem wedded to the idea that Swahili should be the official language of the bloc when English would be far more useful. I think the rationale behind it is built on the fact that Swahili is the most widely spoken language in East Africa.
I've already expressed my discomfort with the prospect of South Sudan adopting Swahili as an official language in the future. I'm simply not comfortable with the origins of Swahili and would rather just use English as the official language for all political discussions and as the language of commerce.
I would rather my people retain all the major Nilotic languages in tandem with the mastery of the most significant and most useful language of our time.
