That's actually a common myth. Nazis generally viewed Slavic peoples as inferior in the cultural sense & they viewed Germanic/West European culture as superior.

When Nazi Germany invaded Poland, they sought to Germanize the people & absorb them into the Aryan Reich. Although, they did utilise the false "Asiatic Russians" propaganda to galvanise German Aryan superiority in the long fight against Soviet Russia. In the old days, many other Euros thought Russians were raped by Tartars/Mongolians, hence why the Nazis used that as propaganda against the Russians even though the Nazis themselves knew fully it was false.

The missile was apparently sold to the Qatar armed forces, but somehow found it's way back to europe, which makes me question whether or not it was even intended to reach there in the first place- a cover up "sale". Also, it can travel at mach 4 and shoot down planes over several kilometers.
