Every word that starts with kh in Somali is borrowed from Arabic it's a common fact

Khuuro comes from the word خوار it's even in the Quran

As in to look into someone in some way don't know how to translate it, to get naked is qaawis. But I think the letter kh is also borrowed because reer koonfur have trouble pronouncing it. That's why they say maqaayad, qaa'in and some other shit.
Also this is the same in af may they don't even have letter c which is why they sound like oromo.
