Point #5: Who gave these people the authority to determine what threshold of the vote qualifies a party for national status?
Point #8: How can the constitution be finalized when Jubaland and Puntland are absent? How will the status of Mudug, Banaadir, and SSC be resolved with those two FMS excluded?
Point #10: When was consensus reached on previously disputed issues, given that Puntland and Jubaland have refused to take part in these sham negotiations?

Puntland should be not particpate any election till Dastuur 2012 to be finiliaze with other insurances, we are not ready to waste another 4 years with HAG bullshit.

I am not going to allow my country to break up. There can be no discussion of that. Anyone who brings up secession or dissolution is a traitor and will be treated as such. We will make Somalia into a strong state capable of defeating Ethiopia and we will retake Somali Galbeed.
Anyone who wants to break up Somalia wants my hometown of Dogob to remain occupied by Xabash forever. This is unacceptable. The longterm goal is Somali Galbeed, and breaking up Somalia makes that goal impossible. I want a federal Somalia that is ethnonationalist. The FGS is the legal government of Somalia. It has 4 powers exclusively and among those are security and foreign affairs.
If the 2012 constitution is finalized with Puntland's consent, and the FGS continues to have these powers, Puntland will have no legal right to stop the FGS from basing its future navy in Bosaso, controlling the Tuurdibi customs point, or from building SNA bases at any location.
The only reason we can deny Culusow those powers as of now is because the constitution has not been finalized. If it is finalized with Puntland's consent by the next president, Puntland will have its security and foreign policy run from Xamar as is normal in every federal state in the world.
ANYONE in Puntland who takes up arms against the FGS at that point will be buried. That is khiyaano qaran.

What facade? He is right, the implementation of the constitution (the real constitution) is paramount to the security of the country.
PL signed the constitution and will have to play by the rules when it is finally finalised and adopted.
You can't make a set of rules and complain about having to follow it. Every FMS will follow the letter of the law and no exceptions.
PL like every other FMS is not an independent country but a region of the Federal Republic of Somalia. No more flying to Abu Dhabi to meet with the Emiratis to discuss how to weaken the Federal government. Foreign policy and National DEFENCE will be decided by Villa SOMALIA.
