Allah states in the Quran that if he wanted to do something, all he had to say is "Be", and the thing becomes.
The more tuned a human being is into the wonderful machinations of the universe, the easier for them to appreciate the power who is behind of it all.
The Allah who initiated the creations, can surely do as he pleases with his creations. He has the knowledge, the power, and abilities beyond human imaginations to do what he wants.
Just think as you look at your reflections in the mirror and ask who granted you the abilities to function as a human being? Have you made yourself? Did you install that soul in your flesh and bones?

Most atheists pretend they have read Islam thoroughly as to come across as legit critics of the religion. I have yet to meet someone who qualifies as educated in Islam and an atheist at the same time.
