According to Family Tree DNA, the Somali Dir subclade T-BY181210 emerged from its ancestor T-CTS6280 who was a man who lived in 1990 BCE according to the estimates from Family Tree DNA.

FTDNA doesn't say that. CTS2860 is on a very different branch of T.
This twitter account isn't reliable at all. He's quite obsessed actually. Especially with trying to prove his lineage, E-M81, is not North African but actually Canaanite. From what I've seen, he's constantly partaking in "haplogroup FKD" against any Arab or MidEastern bearing other lineages like J, T or G kkkk.

Yes and no. T in Somalis is literaly Semitic and should be treated like J . But the older T in other groups like Chadians, Nubians, Sudanese and Egyptians has deeper Afro Asiatic foundations

Even with T its been in the levant since before 10,000 bce and linked with the PPNB culture, which was home to the oldest megalithic culture, which was Afroasiatic in origin, mix between E, T, G and J1 markers have been found.
