Shocking stuff. I was calling attention to the break down in security in PL recently. There is extreme division in puntland due to the upcoming elections. They’ve also failed to pay their security services for several months, so I wouldn’t be surprised if they allowed for this attack to happen. The situation has reached critical point. Deni must stabilise PL.
