Not sure to be honest.
But there are Warsangeli subclans that are natives in Djibouti and Eriteria. Even a few years ago they came to Hargeysa and met their counterparts.

Yeah I read about some Hartis living amongst afars both warsangeli and MJ I think they may have migrated by boat
