Is haram to swear by things? Somalis swear by anything. Their children, the parents, their eyesight, etc.

I don't think swearing by something is shirk. I think it's haraam. But music is haraam in the first place.

And he said: “Whoever swears an oath, let him not swear by anything other than Allaah. Narrated by al-Nasaa’i. And he said: “Whoever swears an oath by anything other than Allaah has committed shirk.”"
