to be fair I think the only way to rule Somalis in Somalia is a dictator

Somaliweyn is not possible right now but maybe in 200 to 300 years from now

As others have already said, one clan would have to assert dominance over the other clans and form a national identity. But that won't work because of how many of us Qurbajoogta who would witness everything and be able to sway the public opinion and push back on any progress made.
