I refuse to believe there’s a biological difference between cheating men and non-cheating men. All men and women have the potential to cheat. Nothing to do with the brain, more to do with circumstances and conviction.
So, do you think humans are quite similar or different in their agreeableness, conscientiousness, openness to experience/thrilling seeking behaviour? Do you think some people are more or less capable of fidelity than others?
No, I believe in nurture over nature. It’s not in someone’s nature to cheat. They weren’t born that way, it’s under the circumstances they were raised in. You’re a product of your environment. Your environment is also constantly changing and you could change along with it.
A man or woman may not be likely to cheat on their spouse but who’s to say they’ll be 100% faithful 10 years down the line? You just can’t predict human behaviour. Saying “simple fix, just marry a monogamous man” is a huge oversimplification. How can you possibly tell if a man is monogamous or not?
I’m just saying, there is no real neurological difference between a man who cheats and a man who doesn’t. Despite what a blog post run by a white woman would tell you.
Humans are all incredibly unique when it comes to thought process and decision making, precisely because they were exposed to different things throughout their life. If someone grew up constantly watching p*rn, split up parents, and a bunch of other stuff. They’d probably have an easier time cheating than someone who grew up in a better environment
Is it safe to say its both nature and nurture? Children have pronounced differences in temperment which is said to be innate. And adverse life experiences could be contributing factors to commitment issues. But I wonder what of those with seemingly ordinary upbrings who still make wreckless and ill-advised decisions (not in a moment of weakness but are inveterate offenders).

Let me make another point. A man with conservative values and who is conscientious is a better bet at fidelity than one who is more liberal with an openness to experience.

Me I'm not really connected to people back home. But my family are so I wasn't aware how crazy this is. Now I understand why many somali women despise some somali men. Seems like abdis been doing xalimos dirty since day one. This is why family need to value eachother. If u don't care about your daughters well being then don't expect love as a parent. Exactly, it goes both ways. Us faraxs always hear about the good miskeen guys who get used and treated like shit or thrown out by their wives who then prevent them from seeing their own kids.
