They have water and they wash their hands with it. If there is no water one is allowed to use leaves, stones or any small dry object.

Are u a Somaali or have you been to Somalia. We r not a dirty ppl. There are sticks used to maintain the hygiene of the nails.

I’m a health freak and fingernails is the first thing I check about the cleanliness of people. Too many people had grown fingernails. Good luck finding ways to avoid that problem. But the idea of touching your faeces on your hand while washing it repulses me.
