Codeine
I got me some braids and I got me some hoes
People always seem to bring up finances and the cost of a wedding as one of the biggest obstacles preventing young men from getting married. Just like that other thread of a guy throwing together a fund me page to fund his wedding (LOL).
I've always thought that this was more of an archaic issue and not so much relevant in the Western diaspora.
Personally, I see the wedding as something done exclusively for the woman. Therefore, if she likes you enough, she'll marry you regardless or settle for a cheaper <10k wedding. If she refuses and can't work anything out, she didn't really want to marry you anyway, no?
Do you think this is a real problem or just a bad excuse? Personally, I think it's an excuse to not get married
