The problems they had are very similiar but theres one major difference and that is that Somalis are rebellious while Japanese are submissive(not weak)

They will obey anyone who is in charge while Somalis will never obey unless you karbash them.

This isn't exactly true, Japanese clans were very rebellious. They would obey the Emperor because he is also the head of their religion and considered a living demi-god in their religion.

Japan is an agricultural society, you can’t compare that to Somalis since we’re nomadic.

90 % of the Japanese population tiled the land, another 9.9 % were just ordinary citizens who lived in cities, 0.1 % were nobles wherein the division lies.

I dont mean in the sense that clans were hard to control but in terms of that the general nature of the Japanese is quiet and taught to follow leadership. The clan elders were rebellious but if defeated, would fall in line. Somalis are similiar to the Arab tribes in time of Abu Bakr RA in that you have to repeatedly fight them, defeat them only to face an uprising less than 40 years

The best example is the arab tribes in the time of the Prophet pbuh and After his death. The Ridda wars was basically the Arabian Peninsular rebelling after the death of the Prophet pbuh and Abu Bakr RA sent Khalid Ibn Walid who showed no mercy and ruthlessly put down the Rebellion. In 20-30 years you have civil war in which more ppl are killed than all the campaigns fought.
