Yeah he's lowkey right on some points cause have you seen the road he takes when he gets out of the hotel ? Obviously government doesnt have money for new urban planning that would be more than a Billion but somalia will always be viewed the same as long as the cities look so bad and the government is too poor or weak to fix it
