How is she supposed to nurture the child without custody?
Also, please respond to my earlier statement about how we can’t use our Islamic values about who gets custody of the children in the west.

And also woman having 5 days of the child isnt fair and the man having them 2 days isnt fair plus the kids shouldnt move their house tht is where they grow up there rooms and everything is there
Its not just Islamic values. Its biological.
Men and women are built differently. Women due to giving birth, breast feeding ect tend to be better carers to children. That is where the traditional model of stay at home mum and working dad came from.
those 5 days the mother has to prepare them for school and they don't see her for 6 - 7 hours. the weekends the father gets the whole day with them and doesn't have to get them ready to school or anything. they can go out and do whatever
Nope father can do the same prepared them schools and everything plus already they dont have to move out their house since tht is their house and use to it plus their rooms are there cloths why they have to move out in the first place
Even though the court system is in favour of the mother, 50:50 will disrupt the child life but in the UK the court will still be in favour of having both parents involved in the child life. You have to make an agreement on how you'll share custody that is best for the child.
That process will be difficult or easy depending on their mother and she can change visitation whenever she likes while you be paying solicitor to make anything changes

The west has left behind the typical “traditional model” so I don’t think it’s applicable to this situation, I feel like people pick and choose when to use they “traditional model” to suite their needs.
Just how courts don’t use religion, they don’t use biology either. Again, it’s about resources, finances, records, availability etc. If the father has more of these things than the mother, then courts should remove their bias and give fathers a chance.

I think the U.K and U.S is different.
What often happens in the U.S is the mother obtains full custody, the father pays child support, the mother does not let the father see his children or bribes him into seeing his children.

The world at large still expects women to do the bulk of the parenting. Its more than tradition, but actual human instincts. It is a fact that mothers have a greater bond, make more sacrifices for their children ect than fathers. Western or Eastern.
Where will the child stay? How is that decided? How are finances split? It’s a very hard process that takes a mental toll on the child.
