if Latin America was given a decent chance at economic progression, they’d be like eastern/Central Europe today. Not rich but not poor

latinos are known for only hiring and promoting their own. Primarily Mexicans, they’re the worst of the worst. They’re so aggressive and actively problematic when around black coworkers and kiss ass/lie ok you. You always have to be on point around them because when one gets in management and recruiting you’re done for.
I’d rather have a black or white manager anyday.

this has nothing to do with me. besides, you can cherry pick incidents where either race does things against the other.
also tbh most or a lot of the people here are totally clueless on the culture and region of Latin America. but I'm here to talk about Islam and conspiracy theories, I'm not here to talk about Latin stuff.
also as far as the racist elements... you have racist elements here who are racist against basically everyone... it's like a dog who barks at just anybody and you'd be crazy to take it personally... it's an aspect of jahiliyyah that Islam is the solution to

Honestly though, I've had white managers, Black managers, Asian managers, and Mexican managers.
Black and White managers can have their bias but at the end of the day they hire who they think is competent for the job.
I've had a jungle asian manager tell me he doesn't hire black people because he thinks they're lazy. The only reason we had diversity at the job was because we had a black hiring manager, once she left and he took over he only hired Filipinos and other Asians.
Same with Mexican managers, they only hire their own. They even discriminate against other latino's interestingly enough. One of the jobs I was at the Mexicans were beefing hard with Puerto ricans (don't get me started on PR's and just how bad they can be when in management positions).
They bring their tribal politics from their country to America. Meanwhile, multi-generational Americans at least on average try to have some diversity in the workplace.
