I remember going to this McDonald's on campus years back it was run by a madow manager with a diverse work force usually students from the University of Minnesota then they got a Latino manager his workforce became Latino over night even their cashier barely spoke English.

latinos are known for only hiring and promoting their own. Primarily Mexicans, they’re the worst of the worst. They’re so aggressive and actively problematic when around black coworkers and kiss ass/lie ok you. You always have to be on point around them because when one gets in management and recruiting you’re done for.

I’d rather have a black or white manager anyday.

Conversely, Guatemala + Honduras + El Salvador ( total population of 32 million) have 13k murders a year, which more than Kenya, Tanzania, Ghana (population of 140 million) combined despite Latin America being much wealthier.

It is because the Latino immigrants here behave, and usually play by the rule book of America same with Asians but as their numbers grow watch as America descends into chaos and corruption, and crime Mexico next door is literally in a unspoken civil war the cartels have the same weapons as the army some of them have airplanes, and shoulder to air missiles Latinos also believe in the hierarchy of the races whites on top, them in the middle, and blacks at the bottom hence why in states such as Texas, and California they have pushed black people out of entire cities once they become managers of a business they completely don't hire black people or don't approve them for housing etc
