I said black COUNTRIES. South Africa is the only black African country on that list. If black people were inherently the most violent that list should be full of black African countries. And ive said poverty combined with systematic oppression is a reason why black crime rates in the US are high. Lets not start on Brazil. Blacks there all live in favelas and basically have no chance of advancing in life.
