Heavily discourage and slowly phase out Rockerfella medicine and replace the harmful parts with traditional Islamic medicine and Somali medicine. Holistic planned grazing to be self sufficient in food. Arabic as language of higher education to return to the glory age of Islam. Industrial parks focussing on export promotion and infant industry protection. Ban all NGOs. Ban foreign propaganda. Chinese style internet firewall and censorship. Just a few ideas.
