You did not make Harar. Harar was built by Hararis. There may have been some mixed Somalis/Afars/Argobba Adalites but Adal and Harar is mainly focused on the Harari ethnic group, hence called Harar.
And not every age of colonization ends, especially if you settle in the lands such as the United States, the Cape in South Africa, the Greeks who live in Egypt, the Jews who live in Europe, so on and so forth. You can't just kick these innocent people out.

Hararis = inhabitants of Harar, itโs not an ethnicity and the first mention of Hararis were about Somalis. Argobba were pagans before Imam Ahmed converted them and donโt have anything to do with Harar.
The inhabitants of Hararghe are mostly Somalia who got assimilated linguistically and know speak Oromo but their culture/genetics are very much Somali so weโre not thinking of kicking them out or anything.
Even the โOromosโ in Harar know well that theyโre assimilated and that their origins are Somali, Iโve met a few whoโve told me this personally.
Hararis donโt claim Habesha and they arenโt even a real ethnicity to begin with. Read my first excerpt about this.

Itโs well known that Oromos are barbarians donโt contribute any history to Ethiopia or the Horn in general. I donโt say this out of hate for Oromos but it is the truth, wherever the Oromos lived they brought down rhe culture and development of the areas and even dropped the local iq.
Oromos being under Ethiopia for centuries while Somalis were dealt the wrong hand by the British Empire are two separate things, but letโs stay on topic.
