When you look at it Muslims dominated regions with deep-rooted Christianity like Egypt, Sudan, Syria etc. It's amusing how we have not been able to dominate and subjugate Injirleey's who have the most misguided version of Christianity plagued with pagan infiltrations and isolated from the real Christian World. Somalis almost conquered almost the whole of Axum all the way to the Sudanese coast. Also, what you said is completely absurd. The Somalis came very close to conquering the hole of Ethiopia, but the Portuguese came and interfered providing them with military assistance, and the commanders were Portuguese, furthermore Axum was one of the most powerful kingdoms in the world and always had connections with European Christians, also I heard a hadith the prophet SAW said to never invade Ethiopia as you would never come out victorious don't quote me as I am just paraphrasing.

Somali though they dare claim to be Arabs, they aren't born conquerors. In addition to that, bringing somali together is equivalent to bringing two mountains together.

Not only we would see a different Ethiopia but also a different Somalia. The Adal empire would have become a major power and influence all over the horn and beyond and we would have developed a horn African muslim national identity instead of separate identities like afar,somali, oromo ecc
