The only difference between GX and ina Biixi is that he is ingorant and incompetent when it comes to dealing with the Laas Caanood rioters i.e. he should be sending troops to intefere with militia movements around Ethiopia/PL borders and especially Buuhoodle and also to south eastern Xuddun and a few other areas and then stepback for General Cambaashe's people karbaash invaders from Xuddun/Buuhoodle. The only reason things lasted this long is because of his incompetence.
But if/when his incompetence starts JSL vs eastern Sool war, JSL GX will have no choice but to dfend JSL against reer Xuddun/Buuhoodle and the war will likely evolve into JSL vs shabaabist terrorists.
