I dont agree i think that you are mixing up some stuff because the Brain is not operating because of testosterone. When they castrate person the person does not have Any more testosterone but he can still function his brain although if he is castrated before qaangaaris he does not grow properly his body iyo jaw iyo codkiisa weli like kid. They used to do that to get the best choir singers high pitch. But the brain is operating using the dopamine instead which is separate to this
