Can I see a source for this? I think the average iq of a Somali depends on the country they live in and their upbringing, back home is different I lived there for a bit, no one I spoke to was intellectually lacking, they were just less educated due to the situation in Somalia, I think the average iq of a Somali back home is around 90 the ones in the west is around 100.

Also there are many low iq countries in Africa that can still function relatively well even if they have iqs in the mental retardation range. But the average iq back home is certainly not around 90, iq can reliably predict a lot of outcomes in life like income and even life expectancy aswell as many other things, if Somalis back home had an iq that high the country would not be in its current state.
