I feel tired most of the time

What can I do about this. Waking up is a hassle. I just can't get out of bed and if I do I feel so drained and tired. I still have to do so much, but I just won't budge. Anyone else feel like a 90 year old male.

I think it's what I eat before I go to bed. I just eat and lay in bed, candy or warm food and after watching a show doze off.

If those two ain't it, then here's a question. What is your purpose in life? Forget about exercise, healthy eating, all that. Why even do any of those things in the first place. Do you have goals in life?

I once felt that way , feeling empty laying in bed all day , waking up at strange times and falling asleep at daytime feeling of nausea and fatigue gave me a jet lagged feeling eventhough I have not been traveling .
