naah im not that deep in I just cant pray salah it bothers my lifestyle always having to stop and go to a mosque its too hard because we are men salah in house isn't allowed so I just stopped and became secular when im older I will pray salah daily right now is my time to enjoy life and relax

Mashallah, I'm a secularist too. Allah gave us freedom. He's against theocracy. I pray seven times a day. The five obligatory prayers, and two sunnah prayers. Secularism is the only thing which protects Islam from being abused by extremists.

Yeah pretty much the religious lifestyle clashed with my fun lifestyle so I had to just quit one and the fun lifestyle couldnt be it maybe one day I may come back to religious lifestyle when im old and tired Inshallah
Do you have a guarantee that you will see tomorrow? Nay! Death can strike you in the next hour, day, month, and year!

I am not an extremist nor am I religious/pious, just a realist. Don't forget to do tawbah, walal. Hurry towards seeking repentance, we don't know when we are going to return to Allah.

Verily the hour is near, and it gets closer with each breathe you take. Don't forget that akhi.

May Allah guide us all. Ameen.

My grandfather try to make an arrange marriage with my second cousin who is drop dead gorgeous but I refused because we don't have the same culture. My income can support 3 family living back home. If Somalis were like Ethiopians or Eritreans and weren't religious, I would have take advantage of my religion that favors men the most. I would've married 3 gorgeous xalimos that obey my rules and know how to please me in bed.

Guys I used to be a hardcore salafi from a young age when I turned 16 is when I realised that lifestyle wasn't for me so I became a secular muslim. I personally feel more free and happier knowing I don't have to bow down five times a day or read quran or duas. I just listen to the rules which im cool with and the rest I ignore. Are any of you here secular too or are you all salafi ?

How were you a Salafi at a young age? wtf?
