I seen 6ft tall asians but never ethiopian here. I used to believe that races could get taller with good diet but evidently that's not true. Only alpha races can achieve the tall gene on average. Some like chinese and ethiopians are doomed to shortness regardless fo the diet.

Low-key all Male Habeshas I know are tall af (6 foot and over). Only short Ethiopians I have encountered are Oromos

Yemenis/Arabs that I've met were usually very short. However, it was the opposite for Habeshas.

where I am its the habeshas that are midgets, the few that are over 6ft are Eritrean not Ethiopian though, maybe they're diets don't have good enough nutrition

I can't speak for Yemenis as I know none, Habeshas are tall like Somalis at least from what I've seen.

That could be the case. The Habeshas I've met are mostly Tigrignyas except one Amhara (who was 6'2)
