There is no such thing as military experts in Somalia. Most generals are there based on 4.5/clan dynamics. How else do you get the useless Bihi and Odawaa at the top of it.

The President has to be the commander in chief literally. He needs to set out a security agenda and order the military to fight the war. Find those who are most effective and give them promotions. It’s a hands on task otherwise we’ll get another wasted 5 years like under Farmaajo where we lose territory to Shabaab, let alone even liberating anything.
