i know little of the place. If xarardheere is liberated it looks like it’ll be Saleebaan and they live outside the district but Cayr is more populated there

They are very stupid. The government can always get some soldiers from the clans to fight and also nabadoons to support a war against them. Are they really going to attack the whole clan for that, that will only increase the number of people fighting them.

Alshabab is isolated from their homeland. The terrain is mostly flat so theirs less place to hide. At the end of the day, they ruled these territories not through might but by fear.

With American airplanes, Turkish Drones, and Somali forces theirs no place to hide.
