I think Somalia should have a strong military base there, in fact I think it should have its biggest military base there. The south is more easily defendable, but Awdal area and its sea is a lot more vulnerable, with a lot of enemy collaborators surrounding it like SNM.

That would be good but I think the Somali shacab are the most useless shacab in the world. They literally have no say in what happens in their country and can never put any kind of pressure on their leaders.
