My hands weren't even aligned and I was trying to pull rapids.Rageedi , his biceps are nice. a real push up is slow and from the chest moving almost near to the ground and then push up and then again slowley to the bottom till it almost touches your chest and then up. Do it right instead of doing it many times.

Heh my highest was 66, it was when a girl I was crushing on complimented my hair. my arms were fucked after that but I was still screaming Let's Go! Inside.
