Rageedi , his biceps are nice. a real push up is slow and from the chest moving almost near to the ground and then push up and then again slowley to the bottom till it almost touches your chest and then up. Do it right instead of doing it many times.

I fucked up so hard. I know how to do pushups right but my hand coordination is way off. My dumb ass decided to do em quickly at one point without checking if I was balanced. I was on like 30 till I heard some disgusting clicks coming out of my shoulder but I decided to ignore it in hopes of finishing. My hands weren't even aligned and I was trying to pull rapids.

I have a dull ache in my shoulder now and it's unusable for exercise. The only thing I can do now is put ice on it, sleep on my right and rest.

Yeah its happened to me a few times before but this ache ain't going away. I'm gonna have to wait it out.

Leg and ab exercises are still on the table though. You can lie down and place your legs on a ledge then lower one and tense your abs. It's actually a pretty nice exercise and it doesn't use arms.

Heh my highest was 66, it was when a girl I was crushing on complimented my hair. my arms were fucked after that but I was still screaming Let's Go! Inside. Average for me is around 45, not enough to f*ck myself up but enough to feel tired. honestly if you ever want to do more just keep practicing and you'll be able to do more.
