1. Have a good productive day. Make sure you give it your all
2. stop drinking caffeine between 3-5pm
3. get some exercise sometime in the day/evening. but not too close to bed
4. Take a nice warm shower before bed
5. eat carbs in the evening it’ll make you tired and sleepy
6. keep your blue light exposure down .turn electronic devices brightness down and night shift mode on
7. take magnesium glycinate before bed
Alx I have never had problems falling asleep so no strategies. I just decide I want to sleep and I end up just waking up before fair at 4:30 in the morning give or take 5 mins
